Just press the push button to activate and the tester will indicate the appropriate magnetic pole via LED’s at once. The green LED indicates the South Pole and the red LED indicates the North Pole. Due to the small distance between the probe and the item being tested, reliable indications are obtained even with closely spaced pole centers. A magnet’s neutral zone can likewise be precisely identified.
